Storm by Outer debuted at New York Fashion Week 2023 in a runway presentation at Times Square. The collection merges meticulous textile craftsmanship with contemporary artistic design, exploring texture, form, and movement.

Crafted from a silky polyester that is both soft and light, each piece drapes fluidly or clings comfortably on the body, creating an elegant sense of structure and motion. Released in 2026 as a highly limited collection, Storm embodies exclusivity, material experimentation, and sculptural presence.
